Training Content
The Stemme training is delivered in two complementary phases, tailored to your previous experience (glider, airplane, or TMG). It combines theoretical instruction on the ground with immediate in-flight application.
On the Ground
- Detailed introduction to the Stemme (controls, systems, procedures)
- Safety checklist and specific verifications
- Flight planning adapted to engine/glider range
- Weather analysis, navigation, and margin management
In Flight
- Real-condition engine starts and stops
- Engine/glider transition management
- Mixed flights: engine and glider phases based on context

- Specific approaches and full debriefings
